To achieve this, your event planners need to be confident and know how to tell a good story or two. Our Immersion Experience enables your team to take a full day out to review and evaluate their show-around skills. We'll examine how they are currently selling your venue's spaces, look at what works and what could be better, and have some time to create new ideas and try them out in a safe environment.
The Immersion Experience includes:
- Research and show around to understand the current client experience
- Review of sales process to identify areas for improvement
- Undertake a competitor show around as part of a competitor analysis
- Time to explore your venue's USPs and the stories that could support them
- Focus then on development of ideas and creation of an action plan to address content, language, materials, delivery, etc. that will create an engaging client experience during a show around
- Explore ideas for follow-up activities in the same style as the show-around and which continue to engage prospective clients to achieve the sale
- Client review and feedback stages throughout the process
